Stormwater Partners Network testifies on FY23 Montgomery County Operating Budget
On May 2nd, Stormwater Partners Network submitted testimony on the Montgomery County, MD, FY23 proposed Operating Budget. The testimony was signed by 17 organizations and 9 individual members of the Network. Our testimony covers clean water & stormwater, parks, and climate change.
