Stormwater Budget Wars

Our most recent campaign was to oppose Executive Ike Leggett’s proposed 70% cut in the 5-year stormwater budget, as well as a drastic restructuring of the stormwater management program. Through negotiations with DEP, the Executive, and Council, we succeeded in improving the final compromise budget passed by Council and signed by Executive Leggett.
